A self-help resource

Everyone's jealous of something.

Here's what to do about it.

Everyone is going insane because of a few things that have happened on the low but no one is talking about it. It's time to finally start addressing these topics and healing ourselves so that we can move forward

Who's behind this

Hi, I'm Ben Li.

I'm a mental health advocate with years of experience helping people suffering from mental illness.

Recently, I experienced a lot of betrayal from people I love — because of the terrible disease of jealousy. It has genuinely ruined my life. The hard truth is that I've acquired a lot of things people want but can't have, and that has made me a target.

The good news? I've spent that time developing real solutions — for the people feeling the jealousy, and for the people on the receiving end of it. That's what this website is made for, and I hope it helps you a lot.
